I had an internal scan today, I am 6 weeks pregnant however they only saw a gestational sac and a yolk sac, no fetal pole… is this normal/has anyone else experienced this and then later had a fetal pole and heartbeat? She confirmed that I do look around 6w. Going back in 12 days for a rescan 🤞🏼

I'm nearly 26 weeks and the pain in my pelvic area has been so bad the last few days. It's super bad when I get up after sitting for a long period of time. I never had this with my first pregnancy but this baby seems super low as my bump is low and they also kick super low.
