Reduced movements or baby's position?

Since Tuesday; my baby is getting slower on the movements than I'm use to from him? Could it be a position change. I did go into hospital on Tuesday night and he was okay, do I go back in or no?

If you're concerned definitely go in and get checked! X

@Alice just don't want to bother them as everything was fine Tuesday & they was so busy up there x

I would get call and asked to be checked, better safe than sorry! Hopefully will just be a position change etc like you said but reduced movements should always be checked xx

st micheals were amazing with me for this. my baby kept having reduced movements all the time and st micheals would always help or get me checked. he was always fine thankfully until the last one when he was still moving but not normal for him so i was induced at 39 weeks but still had the best labour and he was all healthy ( doesn’t stop moving now !!) you know your baby and if it’s more reassurance to get checked for you it doesn’t hurt to go back xx

You aren't bothering anyone! You know your body and baby better than anyone! Xx

When I went in to Southmead the once there was a woman up there who had been up every day bar one for a fortnight. They are busy but they will ALWAYS rather see you. They were so lovely with her too. The consultant said to me one day "we don't get paid to drink coffee here, so if you're worried at 3am, call us at 3am" . I know what you mean by feeling like a pain but try to overcome it and call anyway. They can check position and answer any questions too

I will call them later, I have a daughter in school il need picking up & my son is here I got no one to watch him. I'm having Braxton hicks I think too. Does hiccups count as movements? D

I'm pretty sure they don't as they're "involuntary" xx
