Early labour

Lost my mucus plug 2 days ago and have been having contractions ever since. I went to triage at midnight the night I lost my plug and they said I wasn't dilated and to just deal with it until I'm in active labour. I've not slept since and the contractions are getting extremely painful but still not regular. Paraceta...

34 week midwife app

Hi I have my 34 week midwife appointment today. What should I ask? I thought about asking about raspberry tea leaf, baby’s head hitting towards pelvis and what does that mean? Anything else I should be asking? I feel like every time I see a midwife it’s a bit of a waste of time

How much weight have you gained?

Out of curiosity how much weight have you gained since the beginning of your pregnancy? (what week are you now?) I’m struggling to gain any due to health issues, my body isn’t digesting food properly. Despite that the baby is developing just fine so far, I’m concerned it may become an issue in the third trimester. ...

Has anyone been referred for an ultrasound scan post c section as they are still experiencing pain? (Not pregnant to look at scar tissue etc). What kind of things may be helpful for me to ask them? I have my scan today as a cancellation came up

Birthday Blues

It's my 26 birthday and also my son officially being two weeks old! My mom promised she would be here to celebrate with me, but I just found out she isn't coming. I have no friends and the only people who will be spending the day with me are my girlfriend and our son. Could I get a positivity chain on here to keep...

Birthday party theme

Alright, baby's 2nd birthday is coming and I love a good PUNny theme. It's going to be at a trampoline park (don't worry, it's happening in the toddler section). I'm thinking "Jump 2 it" for theme. Thoughts?

To give birth at my 1st hospital or the new one?

I’ve moved since and my new hospital would be 18 mins away. My concerns are: •I have a traumatic birth with my first and I don’t know where anytging is on the new hospital et...

Does your OB give ultrasounds?

I went to my first appointment today and this is a new OB in a new state and she couldn’t give me an ultrasound until the tech comes in (meaning I come back another day) I’ve never heard this before and I’m a bit alarmed

Symptoms?!

I'm 7 weeks pregnant with my first - so excited! However, I am constantly questioning myself with my symptoms! I've had on and off nausea, tiredness but last couple of days, I've felt more or less okay! It makes me worry and question everything. My booking appointment feels ages away yet - has anyone else had simila...
