Im trying to decide on a name if im having a girl and I came across Xoey and love it but I wanted to know how others think about it

Baby number 2 is a girl! Looking for a name for her little sister that’s not too popular but not super uncommon! I like Maisie and Lily but not too sure how popular they are now as there’s a rise of more uncommon names becoming common e.g Nora, Isla, Aria, Ava, Florence, Mabel

We love the name Oliver or Theodore. But looking for other options that give the same vibe.
