I mean, how intense are we talking? You might want to go in… or at least call labor and delivery. My contractions were actually pretty far apart at some points when I was about to give birth.

Uhhh girl that sounds like real labor. I’ve been having false labor contractions (painful like have to stop what I’m doing and breathe through it) but it’s never been consistent or followed any kind of timing. I’m 38 weeks. If you’re 40 weeks it’s probably just actual labor

It can also be early labor. Early labor can last for days!
