Baby was too wriggly at our 12 week scan to get neck fluid measurement. They were actually doing handstands! Sonographer said we wouldn't get another scan until 20 weeks and they'll do bloods for downs screening at 15. But this won't pick up Edwards or Pataus. Has anyone else had this? It's worried me!

Hey girls! I’m currently 22 weeks and debating whether to get a 4D scan. I have an anterior placenta and I’ve been told not to get one as it can distort the face? Has anyone had any positive and negative experiences with a 4D and anterior placenta. TIA x

Has anyone had private scans? I’m currently 9 weeks 4 days and have my NHS 12 week scan booked in but it’s for after Mother’s Day and I was hoping to tell the family on Mother’s Day with a scan. Are they worth it? Am I going to find out anything extra or should I just wait for my NHS scan?
