Fourth episode of reduced movements - triage update🤰🏻

So today I contacted my local day unit regarding reduced movements and also regarding the constant pain I’ve been having in my vagina area and also lower back that has progressively got worse. I then got sent to maternity triage where baby girl was monitored and where I spoke to the doctor who told me what I’m experiencing is pelvic girdle pain and round ligament pain. I’ve got to go for another growth scan next Friday due to frequently going in with reduced movements😫🤰🏻🫶🏻

Oh no! PGP is awful isn’t it! I’ve heard a warm bath really helps ☺️

@Maddie currently sat in a warm bath now haha! It’s awful, I didn’t experience it with my first but this time round I have, it’s a constant ache in my vagina when sat down then when I walk it’s constant stabbing and shooting pains and pressure down there😫🫶🏻

@Libby-mae I’m the same, started suffering around 19 weeks and saw a physio for it and he said the only way to get rid of it is to give birth I was like great another 20 weeks of this 🤣 I find rolling over in bed and getting up from sitting the worst and like you said walking around is so painful! Physio also have me some exercises and a belt aswell, depending on where you are you can self refer to the physio and they’re really quick with pregnancy related issues!

@Maddie I’m currently 28 weeks and 2 days and mine started a couple of weeks ago and has progressively gotten worse😫I hear you on that one, rolling over in bed is so painful it was so bad last night it kept waking me up and I was in tears, I’m going to look into this and see if there’s anything I can do🫶🏻
