Anyone else feeling guilty for not doing any exercise? I use to run 3-5 times a week! In my first pregnancy I did lots of walking, but so much harder now with a 2 year old who doesn’t want to sit in a pram for an hours walk! Just lacking motivation, I hope it comes back in the 2nd trimester 🤍

I feel like my constipation symptoms have come later in this pregnancy then my first but now it’s bad. Does anyone else have intense pain that leaves them bend over before they have to go to the toilet? I’ve tried every remedy I’m just in agony when trying to go.

For mums who have given birth looking back now were there any weird signs that birth was coming? Or was it a shock. Obviously we know about stomach issues cramps plug sickness etc I want to know if there were any weird symptoms or a feeling of just knowing?

Anyone else have pain in their calf’s when they are trying to sleep. It seems to be worse when I use my pregnancy pillow and it’s waking me up. Is there anything people suggest to help with the pain?
