Exercise

Anyone else feeling guilty for not doing any exercise? I use to run 3-5 times a week! In my first pregnancy I did lots of walking, but so much harder now with a 2 year old who doesn’t want to sit in a pram for an hours walk! Just lacking motivation, I hope it comes back in the 2nd trimester 🤍

I try running 5k now and it feels like 14 mile run. I feel so guilty for not working out as much, but it’s part of the package isn’t it. Can’t wait to have the energy to be back in the gym properly

I had all these ideas that I was going to exercise and be really healthy. Sadly my nausea and fatigue is so bad I'm lucky if I can leave the sofa some days 😂😂

I was going to the gym 3 times a week and running 3/4 times and last few weeks my biggest exercise is the school run and a personal trainer session once a week and both are a struggle 😅 hoping to feel better in 2nd trimester and get back to it when the nausea and tiredness decrease

I haven’t been able to do my classes for a couple of months. So tired I just don’t have the energy.
