I would always ring about lower abdominal pain just rather be safe than sorry. I was literally in a&e on Friday with it due to constipation - if it's any reassurance the doctor told me as you become pregnant your bowel becomes lazier but if you struggle with constipation as your pregnancy continues and the baby gets bigger it's pushing down on the bowel and it doesn't have as much space which causes the pain. You could speak to your doctor about prescribing laxido which is a laxative you drink and depending on the severity of your constipation it could help you xx
Restorolax. Safe and the only laxative you can use every day without issue.

A cup of prune juice and a cup of kefir every morning. You’ll notice right away.
Apple juice and orange juice 👌🏼
Prunes are fairly disgusting but chopped up and thrown into a smoothee way more manageable! I also found chai seeds and kiwi with the skin still on in the smoothee really good! Mint or peppermint tea for the pain.
