BBT/LH strips…Is this okay?

For sex you need to track LH. BBT will rise around 3 days after ovulation and that will confirm ovulation but then it’s too late for sex. It looks like you had your peak yesterday? You can definitely have sex today too

Yea according to clear blue digital, peak was Friday but that was the first time this cycle it was used. The strips got darker up until yesterday and then today it’s much lighter so peak from them was yesterday

So have sex today too. Cover all bases 🤗
