In pregnancy did you have veggie sushi avocado sushi etc.. from sushi shops? Or should I be worried in general about cross contamination with raw fish and that it might make me sick during pregnancy. I really want sushi but I would have veggie options.

Hi, I’m about 12 weeks and I’m on meds for HG. I’m wondering if folks out there can share their experience? I need to eat so that I’m not too hungry as this aggravates the HG. But, I’m finding almost everything unappetising. What did you eat when you had HG? Thanks 😇
