Sugar intake - worried

Hi everyone, I'm worried about the amount of sugarly treats I'm consuming and wondering if everyone here know what's the healthiest for us at this stage of our pregnancy? I regularly eat blueberries, raspberries, with yogurt for breakfast, maybe a mandarin after lunch, and in the evenings, I treat myself to a chocolate bar 🍫 or sometimes 2. Is that too much? Should I be worried? Also, when out over the weekends, I drink like 2 mocktails, which are full of sugar and ginger beer, etc. What's the healthiest amount of sugar per week? I'm concerned that I'll have gestional diabetes.

You sound absolutely fine. Just limit your caffeine intake to 1 or 2 coffees a day and then remember certain foods have caffeine in it too like chocolate

Gestational diabetes isn’t linked to the amount of sugar you consume during pregnancy it’s down to your placenta so try not to worry about that x

Honestly that doesn’t sound bad at all! I would just make sure I’m getting protein with/before those snacks so blood sugar isn’t spiking.

Thanks, everyone. I haven't been eating the healthiest lately either. All this baby wants is terrible food. I now have a dislike for chicken...it's like I can't even see it on a plate. I've been eating pizza, hamburgers, and Chinese. Like all the greesy food possible. I always tell myself that at least I'm eating.
