I’m 2 months post partum mama wanting to be overall healthier, help my mental health, try to loose weight while I breast feed as well as I want to try for baby 3 sooner once it’s safe to do so. Also has anyone done the post diabetes blood test ? ( I had gestational diabetes when pregnant) What to expect and how soon do you get the news . TIA 😊

I take and love thrive by le-vel!

Is it expensive and can you get it in Canada 👀

It is available in Canada. I personally get mine free, and have friends that I helped get theirs free too - I sell it! I don’t know what it transfers too Canadian, but it’s $160 a month US. It’s 3 steps and 50% daily recommended vitamins, pre/probiotics, digestive enzymes, micronutrients- all the things so I don’t usually take anything additional.

Can you recommend and I can get at my local pharmacy 😅

I’ve heard good things about ritual, Mary Ruth’s, and pink stork! Most vitamins you can get at the store are kind of a waste cause they’re full of fillers and you only actually get 10-20% of what the bottle says you’re getting, so I’d def look at the absorption rate of those. Beef liver capsules are also great, I use the perfect brand - I don’t know if those are in store or not. I also use Earthley, that’s def not in store. But yeah, just look up absorption rates of ones you’re interested in and go with the one with the highest rate.

Hi! The brand I typically recommend to my clients for supplement prenatal through postpartum is FullWell
