Sleep problems

I hate my baby's sleep. Since he was born he slept regularly but since he turned three months old, it's been a constant fight against sleep. Despite showing signs of sleepiness and having passed his window, he wants to stay awake, he cries and fights when we try to put him to sleep and I'm already EXHAUSTED, I'm fed up with him crying like crazy every time we have to put him to sleep and it takes me a long time to do it so that he barely sleeps 30 minutes. At night he wakes up multiple times so I don't know what to do either. I spend the day trying to get him to sleep and I've tried many of the techniques that are recommended. I'm sick and tired of the situation.

What kind of things have you tried and what does your daily routine look like?

Have you tried co sleeping ? I think of if I put my one year old down to sleep alone he will scream his head off constantly too!

@Sarah Co-sleeping, white noise, no noise, dark room, red light, pacifier, arms, temperature, stuffed animal… during the day there is no such thing as a routine per se, lots of games and free time for the baby, when you see signs of sleep, nap. At night, slow down the pace, bath, massage plus relaxing music plus white noise, breastfeeding and try to put the baby to sleep in the co-sleeping crib

@Mitra We have always co-slept. Before, he used to sleep in our arms or on top of us, now he sleeps the same way or hugging one of his parents. During the day, I try to make sure that his naps are in the co-sleeping crib.

@Sarah I will try to adjust that type of routine to my life and see how it goes🫶🏾 Thank you

If all else doesn’t work as it was for my case I concept and did everything I could for 10 months I then decided to get a sleep consultant within 7 days I have seen massive results https://www.instagram.com/sweet_bliss_sleep_consulting?igsh=aHAwcHMwZXZ6dzd1
