It does help thanks!❤️ It's probably my guilt telling me that I should have healthier snacks lol😂 I'll put it away and eat healthy 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
The midwife weighed me at my last appointment, I wish she hadn’t because I was staying away from it but if it helps, I’m 10kg up at 31 weeks. I’m not bothered about now, but I really didn’t like seeing it at the time!
I feel I'm the opposite 😅 i started at 84kg and I'm still 84.6kg at 29 weeks pregnant 😅 i was chubby to start with though xx
I haven’t weighed myself this time round. But in my first pregnancy I put on 12.7kg (or 2 stone) and my baby was 4kg (8.8lbs). Breastfed for a year and managed to lose all the weight without trying too much really…and then put a lot of it straight back on when I stopped breastfeeding 😅
I’m 28 weeks and I’ve only put on 2lbs in now worried that i haven’t gained anything really however I did have bad sickness🫣
I put on a stone in just my first trimester and haven’t weighed myself since. I don’t want to know 😂😫x
I’m 28 weeks and I’ve put on about 10kg!! I don’t feel like my arms/legs/face look any different but my belly and boobs are huge 🤣 just got to try and embrace it and stay healthy/active if possible but don’t beat yourself up if you can’t xxx
I was weighed at 28 weeks and I’ve gained 12kg yet baby is on size and only gained weight on my bum. I wouldn’t worry too much at all x
I've gained on average 0.6lb per week so far. I'm the same I don't want to gain any unnecessary weight and am trying to make good choices with food best I can and hoping most of the weight gain is pregnancy related
I weighed myself for the first time today and have put on 7kg. Honestly not worrying about it. It’s all on my belly which is firm so it’s all baby (fluids inclusive) plus don’t forget you’ve got lots more blood pumping round which won’t be light! 🙃
I gained 17kg throughout my pregnancy and I lost it all before baby was a month old. Everyone is different and carries weight differently (mine was all water/swelling/baby weight) so please try to not compare yourself to others as your body is doing something amazing right now 💖
Don’t worry. I put on 25kg during my pregnancy!! My body just held onto EVERYTHING I ate 😭. But I lost it all within 7 months and went back to pre pregnancy weight. I’m pregnant again and have put on quite a lot of weight again even though I don’t overeat 🤷🏽♀️ I haven’t weighed myself this time because it isn’t good for my mental health, but I know I will lose it after with healthy eating and exercise x
I put on between 25kg - 30kg in my last pregnancy, I had to stop weighing as it was depressing. I haven’t weighed myself much this time purely because I know I’ll lose the weight afterwards like I did with my first. I had a lot of swelling and water. It wasn’t easy but it’s not worth stressing about now whilst I’m pregnant x
Just don't weigh yourself 🤣 all of our bodies are different and will work in different ways. No matter what you do or how healthy you choose to stay your body will gain the weight it needs to nurture the baby. I weighed myself recently and I wish I didn't...I went from 69kg to 80kg and I'm 31 weeks today. I have been eating the most healthy in forever. When I posted this on here last time. Everyone advised to just put the scales away which I have. Also I don't feel like I can see the weight in my face or arms. Alot of it will be baby and fluid we have to remember that. I hope that helps 🙏 but yes put those scales away girl. We got a baby to grow 💖
