Teething? Sleep regression? Development?

So so confused what’s actually going on My daughter is 4 months next week Past week she’s been absolutely crazy about her dummy she has a tantrum if she hasn’t got it when sleeping Constant chewing on hands and sleeves and clothes Her feeding has dropped (from 900ml to 700ml) but she’s of good weight Tried teething rings and her gums are very slightly red She has been so so fussy Especially as the day goes on, at times I can’t even put her down in pram or cot as she starts crying. Lots of energy too! Her naps have gone from 1h every 90 mins to 20 mins every 2 hours. Any advice welcome x

Sorry I've no advice but sat here in the trenches going through the same thing at the moment and I'm so worn out ☹️ my daughter is also 4 months next week. glad I'm not alone, totally feel for you! X

@Holly is yours showing signs of lots of energy too? Like super hyperactive? Totally with you, so worn out too I can’t get nothing done 😭xx

Yep she was always a great sleeper and she's not coming across tired at all like you said will sleep for 20 mins at a time but sometimes will go 4 hours of wanting to yap and play before she finally nods off for 20-30 mins. It was easy up until now for me 😫🤣

My baby - also 4 months (adjusted) next week is similar. Less on the short naps, she is still napping although it’s hard work. But she is chewing her hands and sleeves, feeding less, chewing on the bottle, and really grumpy. Crying before she sleeps which isn’t like her :(

Sleep regression is common at 4 months but could also be teething xx
