Temper tantrums?

My LO just turned 1 and he's learned to throw a tantrum, he wails and flails if he doesn't get what he wants immediately. I usually redirect or we blow out candles to calm down but I didn't think this happened until later? Anyone else 🥲

Yes 😭my son learnt how to climb the sofa last week and now he is progressing to trying to climb the back of it and because he can't get up there he screams and cries , I try to distract with a toy but it's relentless 😮‍💨

My little girl shouts and me and stamps her feet 🤣

My little girl threw a tantrum the other morning because I wouldn’t let her have a chocolate biscuit at 7am 🫠 she’s just about to turn one

Hahahahahahaha (in a nice way!) I’m so glad you managed to get to 1 year old. We first started experiencing them at 10 months… it was very very worrying so I shouldn’t be laughing but in a few months time you will be yourself. Just keep calm and let them come out of it themselves (unless they need intervention) once calmed down then go back to play or whatever xx

Yes! Same here. I honestly think my LG came out like a toddler more than a baby with the way she has tantrumed so early. Let’s hope It means our babies grow out of it quicker 🤞
