What can you claim as a SAHM in the UK?

I have a part time job with a fixed term contract that has a 70% chance of being extended but would end while I was on maternity leave. I then work locum/bank as a nurse the other days but still employed on PAYE. How does this work with maternity ??

Just filling out my maternity form for work. I know we only get maternity pay for 9 months and the last 3 are unpaid, I’ve been asked to put in weeks how long I plan on taking off. Me and maths don’t work together😂 I checked Google but just to confirm, 9 months is 39 weeks yeah?🙈

I currently qualify for the 15 funded childcare hours for my nearly 2 year old as me and my husband both work. I know it’s set to change to 30 in September.
