I was in for 8 years (Air Force) had one baby while I was in and the second one on the way out.

@Khyia @Letticia I want to join reserve for the benefits but I want to spend as little time active as possible I have a 8 month old baby I’m worried about leaving him and I’m also worried about getting deployed

Usually the reserves go thru 7.5 weeks of training away from home and depending 1 weekend a month or two weeks a year for Air Force last I checked.
