Night times

My lb is 7months and sleeps an easy 3hrs when he first goes down around 7:30 and self settles for this pretty easy. He always wakes for a bottle around 10:30 - 11 I’m finding after this it’s so hard to get him to settle back in his cot! Just wakes constantly.. sometimes just after 10mins - maximum 1 hour and won’...

Sleeping positions

I’m really struggling to sleep at the moment because I’m so anxious about accidentally sleeping on my back. I’m 27w5d so almost at 28w and it just feels like this big looming date of when I’ll harm my baby if I’m on my back. I keep waking up and I’m on my back and I don’t know how to stop it happening as I’m natural...

Hello, we were having ok day naps and not great bedtimes (screaming / wake ups etc). We started the Ferber sleep training for nighttime around 3 weeks ago and the transformation has been amazing from day 2 (with some hiccup nights but overall now sleeping through in big chunks) However day naps have become awful! Nap

Hello, at what time are your babies having their nap? I’m trying to drop to one nap because my baby is refusing his second nap or sleeping only for 30min and waking up at 5 am every day. I’m exhausted but I’m struggling with only one nap because he’s tired very early at around 9-10am so his last wake window would be...

Positivity needed

These past couple of weeks my lo has been waking up between 12 and 1 and stays up crying nonstop until I pick her up. I don’t know what to do to help her sleep. I’ve pushed her sleeping to at least 8-830 that way she sleeps longer but she still manages to wake back up. Last night was the only night she slept through...

Plane sleeping for toddler

We’re going on holiday in May when our LO will be 19 months. He doesn’t have a separate sleep but one flight is when he should be asleep. Are there any products that we can take that would make a bit of a bed? I’ve seen the ones that go on the seat but not when the seat is shared with an adult.

Refusing to sleep anywhere but on me!?

Feels like we’re back to the newborn stage! My 18 week old won’t sleep anywhere but on me! Not in the next to me, not in the bed beside me, only ON ME! I’m shattered, I feel like we’ve been dealing with terrible sleep for weeks now 😭

So my little girl was really good at settling in her Moses basket/next to me but when she turned about 6 weeks she just wouldn’t settle and would wake everytime I put her down so I let her sleep with me so I could get some sleep too, she’s just turned 8 weeks and I want to be able to introduce he...

What is happening?!

Losing my mind trying to figure out what’s going on. Baby has suddenly started waking at 5am. He’d also started fighting naps etc so switched to one nap a few days ago but he’s still waking at 5! He also seems to desperately want his morning bottle as soon as he wakes up so is he waking early because he’s hungry?? H...

(Note he'd definitely get up with her if I asked but he drives a semi and I don't want him wrecking). She wakes most nights crying ju...

Pillows

When can a baby have a pillow? My daughter’s 14 months and every time she lays down she tries to lay herself to where she’s elevated. Shes also obsessed with playing with them. She still sleeps in her crib right next to me and my fiancé but I’m scared she’ll hurt herself

Confessions of an anxious momma

Omg. Sometimes I can barely stand the noises my infant makes at night. Is she awake, is she asleep, does she need me, is this normal, did I burp her enough. It's never ending. Anyone else?
