@Bhagyasri we used jersey whole milk, but any whole milk is fine to introduce to a 1 year old

@Bhagyasri we started by using it in cooking then gradually moved over to bottles. My little one is 14 months almost and has 8oz cows milk bottle a day and I’m cooking and then we’ll up that over the next few weeks so he’s completely on cows milk x
