Dos and donts to starting the gym in the 2nd trimester? I’ve heard there’s many benefits when it comes to delivery and recovery when you stay active during pregnancy. I haven’t worked out in over a year so this would be a fresh start in the gym for me again. Anyone else doing this?

Have any you started giving your kiddo fish oil and seen a difference? I was reading a book saying there have been studies of giving kids omega 3 supplements and it having positive effects for their ADHD!

I pretty much have my answer that I don't think they're compatible. Before being a Christian I loved Yoga but as a new Christian I just can't see how being led by "self-enlightenment" teachers can be good. I did Yoga the other day with a friend and couldn't relax or get into it because I just was worried and kept sa...
We’re at the stage of almost being close to starting medication for our IVF journey. I just wanted to ask is it ok to still be taking supplements prior to this? I am currently taking proceive and have been for months but just wanted to ask if I should just be taking folic acid and vitamin D instead?
What type and brand of supplements are you taking?
What vitamins do you give your 4 year old?
Any easy slow cooker recipes you’d recommend? I keep forgetting her vitamin D drops and it’s making me feel so awful 😞 I’m finding it so hard to juggle to remember everything with 2 under 2 and from 8am to 6pm I’m all alone with no help and after that it’s dinner and bedtime for them both 😞 If I forget in the mornings, it’s almost guaranteed that she won’t…
