My SIL was given her date the week before as well. And even that wasn't 100%. I think she was supposed to have hers in the morning but almost ended up being bumped to the following day
You will have your appointment and then they will get back to you by text with a date a week before your C-section x
@Paulina Had a similar thing happen to me. I was scheduled for a Thursday but then they rang me on the Monday saying they wanted me in the next day! Safe to say that you should keep your schedule open for that week
They give out the dates by the end of the day on the Thursday the week before your procedure. I had my c section last Monday and received the date/info via text the Wednesday before. They’ll give you a number to call if you don’t get your date by the Thursday of the week before.
I had my consultant appointment on 31/01/23 and was text later that day with my c section date of 09/02/23 so had a bit longer than a week xx
I got a text 9 days before my appointment with a date and time to be there may last year x

They will usually give you an appointment the week before the section by a phone call or text. I got my date when I was 38 weeks for the following week
