Me too, it's the only thing that kept me from extreme nausea when I was pregnant with my 2nd baby. Presently, it ensures a good night's rest for me by keeping me sleeping longer/deeper. Melatonin only makes very drowsy.

We are currently trying the mighty kids magnesium. I’ve seen an improvement however don’t know if it’s from the vitamins or just a coincidence!
