Starting nursery

My little one will be starting nursery next month at 10 months old. She’s starting at 5 hours a day and is currently totally breastfed and not keen on bottles of expressed milk. I’m thinking for 5 hours she’ll be fine without milk if I feed before and after as she eats well. What are other people’s expierences?

At that age she’ll be fine especially if she eats well. My son was a year and ate terribly and he was fine for 10 hour days without milk x

Hi @Yasmin can I ask how did he manage at nursery. Did he eat all 3 solid meals ?

Mine was same totally settled now mam bottles teat 2 helped mine

Mine was the same..she's a bottle refuser and goes 9 hours at nursery quite happily just on food

Yes she should be fine at that age. I’d try a sippy cup with milk or water. It may be difficult if she nurses to sleep if she’s there over nap time.

Yes she should be. If you still have time do this very good and cheap enough workshop https://www.instagram.com/p/DGsXAovN_mp/?igsh=cTZ2YW5xaGswNTZj
