I started running about 14 weeks post c-section, my physio said not to start until at least 12 weeks
I started 8 weeks after my first and was back running races at 4/5m pp. I was signed off and was doing yoga from 6 weeks pp.
Doctor gave me the go ahead at 6 weeks but didn't get round to running until 11 weeks. Good to start gradually and build up
I waited 6 months to start running, but was doing weights and yoga about 3 months after. I lost a lot of core strength while pregnant and needed to heal a bit before I did more intensive exercise.
I waited at least 6 months
I waited 12 weeks as that’s what they recommend for higher impact exercise xxx
thanks all 🙌❤️ im at 8/9 weeks pp and brisk walking but wasnt sure if i could start picking up the pace. its a bit uncomfortable cuz it still pulls and tugs a bit inside so by the general gist sounds like ill stay at this pace for a bit longer. ty again 🥰
