Those that have fully swapped to cow milk, how much are your LOs having?

We are on our last 5 bottles of formula, so far he’s been having 7oz cows milk for his afternoon milk but not sure how much to give him once we fully swap

I’ve read on the nhs website that 1 years old plus shouldn’t be having more than 16-24oz of milk a day, I assume that also accounts for like milk in cereal or in porridge etc

We do two 9oz a day, one at 9 and one at 17:30.

We do two 7oz a day xx

2 x 7oz am and pm and then she might occasionally have a 4oz in the day x

We have between non -2/3 bottles a day depending on her mood 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️. So sometimes one in the morning and most of the time one at bed sometimes she can go the whole morning to morning with out a bottle…… I can suggest that maybe in the morning offer milk? Then the same of bad time. What I done when transferring over was offer one at nap time (9/10 times she did refuse it). Between 6-10oz a bottle. Can always offer more snacks through out the day as well We let our daughter have a bed time snack - 30 mins before bed and bottle xx
