Stretch before and after you work out. That will help with the pain

I went to the gym with my mum bestie yesterday and she has literal abs so she did an ab work out with me and I think she killed me. Honestly my abs are so sore today I can’t even cough/laugh without wanting to cry 😂

I could have wrote this post. I did a bunch of weighted squats the other day and could barely function the next day. It wasn't my leg muscles though, it was the tendons and Ligaments! Getting old
My abs have been hurting the last 2 days and I still had to go to a water theme park and then the skate park yesterday but at least they’re not very active activities lol we just sat and chilled mainly, so I know how you feel girl I’m in the same boat, after about a month you’ll start to see the tiniest difference in the butt but you’ll sure see it!
