Routines?

Someone told me my life would be so much easier if I had a routine, how do y’all make a routine and follow it ? I just don’t see myself being by at organized, but I want to get better.

I'm very unorganised but I try and have a routine in the way that we just do our normal day but tea cooking at around 5 and in bed for 8. I don't have strict times but defo makes it easier to even set slight times for things x

Routines for you or routines for you and your family? It really does help a lot when you have a predictable schedule that you and your little can rely on— even if that means that just a few things are planned out for everyday and you meet that standard then you find room for other ways to organize. At least that’s how it goes for me! When I lose my routine I become disorganized. When I’m back on track, everything tends to fall back into place.

When you wake up in the morning, take a cup of drink you like .. play some relaxing music .try to relax for 10 minutes. Don't think anything. In the next five minutes take a diary and start writing your goals for the day. No need to be huge goals eating nuts itself is a goal.. laundry, cleaning kitchen, what ever you want to do just write it, also remember don't overdo after achieving each goal cut that from your list

I have a semi routine like 8am she always wakes up and than ill give her snacks when she wakes up and I kinda let her show me when she's ready to eat but after about 2 hours I'll make stop playing and eat something if she hasn't. I let her show me when she's tired. She usually gets tired around 9pm so I try to get her to eat dinner around 7pm so she can play for like a hour to 2 hours before bed so the food can digest. Follow the baby's lead/body language and build a routine around that.

hmm, I totally get that, I'm not super organized either, but I just try to keep it simple and stick to a few key things each day, like meals and bedtime, and it kinda helps! this is what the 'Heal Baby Care App' mentioned… hope it helps!
