Depends which meat you are going for if you stay away from salami/chorizo kind of meats (cured not cooked) you can have the chicken, ham meatballs etc x
Reason I asked is because Americans say you can't have ham but we can. You can't have salami or other "luncheon meats" according to the NHS, I believe.
I’ve had subway chicken wraps and also meatball marinara subs during my pregnancy and everything was fine. I think it’s cured meats we can’t have.
I think I’ve read that you can have salami etc but only when it’s warmed! X
I’ve been eating salamis, ham and other meats all the way through my pregnancy… I’m just cautious of dates on packaging and don’t eat it if it’s been open more than a day or two xx
What country do you live in
