I always know, even when my period was not back after giving birth and breastfeeding I still felt I was ovulating. My discharge is a top sign for me along with change in sex drive
That question is meant for men to answer, cause a woman should know when she's ovulating

I actually feel a pain in my ovary when it happens 😅 usually a couple of hours. Otherwise I would have no idea, never had any noticeable discharge change etc

I used ovulation testing strips and tracked my cycles on two apps for a long time. The cycle I just based it off of the cervical mucous, I got pregnant. @Kate an ovulation kit. Jeez im out the loop. That’ll probably really helpful.!! Ok pain to one side..increased sex drive… mucus change.. n its funny because I noticed my sex drive is literally high like once a month. Doesn’t last long but i notice it. Other times not so much. Thank you ☺️
I get super moody and emotional. Can I suggest tracking ur period and it will start making the ovulation tracking easy
Yes I can tell. I been off all hormonal bc for years now and never felt better. I use my app on my iPhone to track but I can always tell the days leading up lol
