I need to delay my ovulation by 1 week, any ideas or pills I can take for it?

I suffer from PCOS I’m irregular and don’t always ovulate. Been tracking ovulation this cycle and haven’t gotten anywhere just thought I’d do a pregnancy test I usually get negative results but have just gotten a second faint line

Hey mamas! This is my first ovulation test for the day… I’m on CD 9… cycle 2 of tracking and TTC… I have PCOS which leaves me with 60+ day cycles… I’m SO confused. Anyone have insight on this? Do I BD tonight?! What do I DO with this information?!

This cycle my lh has been all over the place, haven’t had my period yet, due any day but I’ve started getting high readings again. Anyone have any advice? Does your lh rise before your period? Thanks.

How accurate are ovulation test ? If u get your peak one day is there any chance u could have ovulated before your peak ?

Had my Beta test today. Got a confirmation of a positive test from the clinic and I also tested at home for the first time since my FET and got a BFP. I hope this encourages someone. I am 40years old, first pregnancy. My 1st IVF cycle was canceled before the egg retrieval because I only had one follicle.

My app (with a year and a half of data) states my ovulation day was Saturday the 22nd. But I felt mild cramping/twinges (ovulation cramps?) the 19th, and 23rd… How would I determine exactly when I ovulated to calculate DPOs?
