OMG IM NOT ALONE! Yes it is so bad. I am almost in tears when I roll over in bed lol
Same! My pelvic pain started around 2nd trimester from hormones then from weight of baby 😔 hurts worse when I'm trying to sleep/turn over in bed. Nothing helps 🥲
Whenever it starts hurting, I do stretches. It helps a lot! But I also try to put in 10k steps a day.
Working out and movement definitely helps! But omgggg
My inner hip joints are the absolute worst. I need to be so mindful of how I move now and can’t “overdo” it anymore 😩
@Virginia girrrrl! I felt like I just needed someone to turn me over! 😅 I didn’t realize just how much of our core muscles we really use everyday!
Yes yes yes yes yes. I feel seen😂😂
Same here!! Im in the second and I hate getting up out of bed or off the couch!
YES! The only thing that has helped me has been some light movement, stretching, changing positions often, and the real godsend: KT tape! My husband found a video on KT tape application for low back pain and it’s the only thing that has seemed to help stabilize my pelvis and reduce some sciatica pain. It could be worth testing out and seeing if it gives you any relief:)
@Anna good to know I’ll try that!
Same here 🥲
