Agreed, sounds like contractions. Might wanna time them and see how long they last and how far apart they are. May also wanna call your doctor and see what point they want you to head to the hospital. I think it’s usually 5 minutes apart for about an hour, but definitely check with your doctor
I had this all last night!! I never experienced contractions with my first since I had a forced C-section (breech and water broke before contractions). It was consistent, lasted for maybe 20 minutes at a time and then I woke up to it at least 5/6 times so I’m not sure if was any kind of timed intervals. None this morning though just lots of baby movement. I’m hoping it’s just prodromal labor since I’m only 35 weeks. As long as baby stays in until Friday I can have a home birth. Stay in there baby 🫠
I had this for about 2 hours the other night and it went away. Start timing them. I used the app “ContractionTimer” and it has a feature that will notify you when it’s time to head to the hospital. The rule is 511 though - 5 min apart, 1 min long, for 1 hour. If you live far, I would talk to your doctor on when they want you to leave.
@Emily stay in baby, stay in!! Keep me updated! Mine stopped but I’m still having crazy back pain/ pelvic and sacral pressure
@Rebecca mine stopped too! Still have crazy back pain and pelvic / sacral pressure. Zero appetite and tmi but liquid diarrhea. Just feel so off. I can hardly walk because of the back pain / feeling like a bowling ball is gonna fall out of me. Seeing my doctor tomorrow
Definitely time them! I’ve bee having on/off contractions for several days now!!
@Abby how close have yours gotten?? Unfortunately I feel very normal today and my doctor did a cervical check and I’m not dilated at all ;(
Sounds like contractions
