I find an ice lolly whwn I'm sat up in bed helps a little

I caved and contacted the doctors 🙈 they gave me omeprazole and cured it. Over the counter wasn’t doing anything and I didn’t want to turn into chocolate milk 😂

@Emily I'm pretty sure I should be on this medication anyways for gastro problems I've never gone to the GP for lol my 2 sisters and my mum take omeprazole 🤦🏼‍♀️

Omeprazole works wonders

Asda do a one a day tablet, it’s so good! I can’t remember what it’s called, but it’s their own brand

Just make sure its omeprazole and not esomeprazole as you can't have that one in pregnancy

Omeprazole is an absolute life saver! My GP prescribed it for me no problem and it solved it all

Cold milk or a yoghurt snack x
