you are thinking too much into it. the colors are lovely & i don’t see it as being for just one gender… it’s a playpen
Boys need color too! Its cute. My baby boy’s play area is bright and colorful, as are his clothes. I think it’s good for their brains (and just more fun) regardless of gender.
Those are neutral colors. I imagine one day you will have friends or family with a little girl that visits you or a daughter in the future so it’s accommodating for both. The pink isn’t Barbie pink and it’s pretty plain. I would use this for a son. Boys are allowed to have pink things too. It’s not emasculating. I think we as adults put too much pressure on colors by over genderizing(not a real word but fits lol) them. I like the color blue and purple and black but I am very much a dress loving, baker mom. Just do you and don’t listen to haters.
