Sterilising in RUH

In the ruh they have a Sterilising room with a tap and microwave. As i used it just ask the midwife they will show you where it is

Also every bed has plugs next to it so could always take a plug in sterliser with you if you have room in your bag - wash up in the kitchen and bring the clean bottles back to your bed and sterilise there?
I found once you have had your baby as long as everything is well they pretty much leave you alone unless you bell for them so they don’t really care what you are doing at your bed xx

They gave us a microwave sterilising bag which was amazing. I'm not sure if this was only because we were using the hospital breast pump though
When I had my first at bath ruh they had the ready to use formula bottles there. You just ask them to get one when you need it which came with a teat etc x
