Cows milk

I’ve been introducing cows milk since last week but he turned 1 yesterday, he’s a picky eater so he’s having pouches still and having 4 meals a day (breakfast lunch tea and supper) how are we introducing cows milk properly I’m struggling is there a limit how much milk they have to have, I’ve read no more than 12oz then people are telling me 24oz I’m beyond confused, little one loved his formula so dropping bottles will make him aggy

It’s no more than 24oz!

You know your child best and what works for them.Every child is different. My child just turned one a few weeks ago we started introducing milk around 11months half and half Into bottles food ect We do a bottle in the morning before breakfast 7oz she barley touches it so we put the remaining milk in her Weetabixs and then she has lunch/supper snacks in-between/water and another 7oz just before she goes to bed xx

@Danielle thank you, he does it more as a comfort thing and he had 3 bottles of formula in the day so he’s a bit like what’s going on 🤣 at night it’s worse now he’s up all night so I’m going to start fresh properly next week with cows milk when his sleep is a little more on track as he’s wanting 2/3 bottles in the night
