Best calcium sources?

Just wondering if anyone else’s baby is one bottle per day? LB is 10 months he was on 2 7oz bottles per day but the first is slowly being cut out. Just want to make sure he gets sufficient calcium throughout the day. I do add a multivitamin to his bottle, he gets blue milk added to his porridge in the morning, he will take a yogurt in the day and then his bottle before bed. What else could I add to his diet that are perhaps subtle adds of calcium?

Add cheese on to food or having some cheese on the side for him to eat? My HV said as long as they’re getting 3 types of different calcium a day should be fine so 2 yogurts cheese or milk in porridge! :) also calcium level in green and blue top is the same my HV said :) x

That’s brill advice on the three types thank you!

I just make sure there is some dairy on every meal grated or soft cheese, yogurt, or milk in breakfast etc

In addition to limited dairy (because it flares eczema) we have almond butter, tahini, broccoli, oranges, pak Choi and eggs.
