help please

idk what to do i’m not producing enough breast milk and i ran out of formula and i’m frustrated cause she keeps crying that she’s hungry so now i’m crying cause i’m not giving her enough what do i do

Keep putting her to the breast for as long as she wants and ask for help getting more formula. It may not seem like you’re producing enough milk but the more you breastfeed the more your body should produce. Drink LOTS OF WATER and make sure you’re eating enough. When was she born? Depending on when she was born your milk may not have fully come in yet. Just try to stay calm.

I feel for you mama. Kayla’s advice is great. Take care of yourself and stay calm and milk is more likely to flow. Formula can be delivered too.

This happened to me the first two days. Can someone get you more formula? My milk didn’t kick in until day 4 and it’s totally normal. You can also order some on uber eats. ❤️ You can also pump while she drinks formula, to see if milk supply increases.

update i have someone bringing me some formula she was born january 27th i’ve been doing everything in my power to produce more milk i’m just frustrated and i don’t currently have a running car
