Induction with second baby

It went better the second time around bc I knew what to expect. I just went in relaxed listening to music and everyone was encouraging and supportive. Told me how I was doing so well. Checked on me as needed but yet didn’t bug me.which I appreciated. All 3 births went pretty quick in my opinion. The third especially that one wasn’t medicated at all.

I actually had a induction scheduled for the morning I had my baby. He had plans for me.

@Krysta Thanks for sharing! Yes, I’ve heard they do go faster and “easier”. Hoping it goes well for us too! Maybe she will surprise us and beat her induction date as well 😆

I was induced for both. For my first, I was already dilated so as soon as I got checked in, they broke my water and started pitocin. Labor was 8.5 hours. For my second, I was completely closed so it took 14 hours to soften and open my cervix before they could break my water and start pitocin. It was only a few hours after my water was broken that I had my baby.

I was induced for my second and third baby. My induction for my second son was amazing. It went smoothly. My team was great and after about 7 hours I had my baby! My induction for my 3rd fully solidified for me that I will never have anymore children. I was high risk and everything went wrong. It was painful, long, traumatic. The doctors sucked. I just never want that again and would never wish that shit on anyone. My advice is to honestly be prepared for anything! I really had expectations that it would be like when I had my second kid and it was nothing like that at all. Not that I'm trying to scare you! I just was very depressed because of how things went because I was fully anticipating it being easy and quick and it wasn't.

It was way faster and easier for me with my second. Checked into hospital at 1:00pm and baby by 9:30pm.

Hope all goes well for you i was induced with my 2nd due to less movements luckily they did as his cord was wrapped round his neck also same happened with my 3rd shes 6/7 months old now. With my 3rd i was also induced due to less movements her cord was also round her neck i was only in labour for 2 hours with her keep us updated 😊 xxx

I was induced with both of mine, first labour went well and had her in 8.5 hours and the second induction broke my waters, and had baby 2hrs later and was much less painful than the first time ☺️. Due to be induced with third on Saturday! Xx

I’ve been induced twice and my 2nd time was worst then my 1st. First time they managed to break my waters and contractions started naturally. 2nd time I needed the pessary and drip and ended up in a 9 day stay in hospital

My 3rd induce was more painful then my 2nd lol my 1st born was normal i didnt feel no pain with my 1st i was high as a kite on gas an air lol only felt the stitchs as i tore bad… i was given gas an air with my 3rd being approximately 5/6cm it didnt kick in i dunno but i felt everything an the pain was hurrendous i wanted to cry as it was to much but lookin back on it now it was the most beautiful thing meeting ya baby at the end of it all the pain soon goes an u think that was all worth it 💕 xxx
