Yes, so you measure out in the bottle the total amount of hot water you need. For example, a 7oz bottle I would then tip 5/6oz in the rapid cool and use the remaining hot water in the bottle as the hot shot to add the powder to. Once the rapid cool had cooled the water, I add to the bottle and the feed is ready
