Keep offering the breasts as often as you can, even when they aren’t hungry. Skin to skin contact (you can wear them in a sling to help) Pump every 3 hours - this is the most time consuming but can help. These are what I do as I can’t afford to be buying loads of stuff to help it - and these all massively helped me - especially skin to skin

Eating oats for breakfast seems to have helped me!
Always try to offer the breast before topping up with formula, otherwise it'll keep dropping
Hello I was told by the infant feeding team that if I wanted to increase supply I should pump after feeding my baby. This signals to the body that more milk is needed she said it would take several days of doing this. I never tried it so I’m not sure how effective. Ensure you are eating and drinking enough.
I would say drink plenty of water, eat well and snack often.
Make sure you’re either feeding or pumping during the middle of the night as well (I’m sure you already are) as this is when you produce the most! I’m sure it’s between 3-5 or something xx
Try power pumping for a hour. So, 20 mins pump, 20 min rest, 10 mins pump, 10 min rest, 10 min pump, 10in rest
Power pumping, oats and coconut water
Hummus, coconut water & chocolate works for me
You can try taking brewers yeast, fenugreek and Moringa. They all worked for me
