Tbh annoyingly nothing has come out of the bloods and test all normal so putting it down to chromosomes which is one of reasons we decided to PGTA. I’m just trying not to over think it now and going to try it. I’ve been doing some affirmations my friend from here sent me and I found a nice fertility meditation started listening to this wk before bed to get into right mind frame and relax. Best thing we can do for our bodies is try and relax to give it best shot. I’ve also been doing full body massages and reflexology which will do up to transfer then stop. Weekly acupuncture aswelll for past month or so which will keep going. Other than that up to date

@Pav I'm similar to you, my results all came back ok too and this time the difference we did was PGT A testing. I think there's a stat that says 80% of early losses, especially as one gets older above 35, is due to chromosome issues. You're right, those meditations and massages are all good, I'm also doing these. I'm praying for success for us with this 3rd time round, with the PGT A normal embryo! 🤞🏻
That’s good. Focus on positive stuff! When are you thinking of doing yours? I had my zolodex last Friday so think mine will be literally at xmas time
My FET would be some time within the next 2 weeks. Yes positive stuff! What does the zolodex do? What protocol would you be doing for your FET?
It’s downregulation as I’m having medicated FET didn’t want to risk a cancelled cycle so have a scan next wk to check lining thin to start then will be starting oestrogen tablets off. How about you?
I'm having a natural modified cycle, Letrozole for 5 days and a trigger. Hopefully will be all ok 🙏🏻🤞🏻

Hey I’m in a similar situation to you due to try my first FET in couple of weeks and only got 2 aswell from 3 EC rounds. Done same stuff you have. I think rest you can do is just focus on yourself, healthy eating, exercise, sleep, rest etc and get yourself in best position as you can
