pelvic floor exercises should help! i would put a puppy pad underneath maybe? i cant answer on experience but i know pelvic exercises will help x
I think this is quite normal so soon after birth, I was told it gets better within a couple of weeks. Definitely do some pelvic floor exercises - these will feel hard for the first few weeks but will also gradually get easier to do, and maybe reach out for the advice of a women’s health physiotherapist if you don’t notice any improvement after a month or so x
3 days pp your body is still recovering, so try not to stress. When you feel up to it you can start doing your pelvic floor exercises and it should improve x
I had a section 3 days ago and I'm in the exact same boat. I've gotten up once or twice with absolutely no urge to go and I've felt wee come out. Or been on the toilet, sat for an extra minute to make sure it's all out. Got up, washing hands and felt a gush without any warming. I'm wearing adult nappies just because they are comfy on the wound but really helping with the accidents happening.
I’m 3 days pp and am the exact same, I don’t know I need to wee until it hurts and then I struggle to hold it to the toilet x
No im 12 days pp it does get better make sure you stay on top of pelvic floor exercises though x
