I did with my first. Had the pessary waters broken and then the drip. 10 hour labour. 22 mins of pushing. No other interventions I.e. forceps or anything.
Yes! Pessary at 8pm, period type cramps from then til about 5am when I was checked and only 1cm. Went from 1cm to 6cm in 3 hours, down to the delivery room and had given birth by 13:00. Just 20 mins pushing and a tear x
I was induced at 37 weeks and 1 day. I have the pessary inserted and 12 hours later he was delivered with no pain relief and the pessary pushed out with him. It all happened very quickly x
I was induced with baby no 4, but just needed my waters breaking that sent me straight into labour at 4.30pm baby girl was here before 7pm

I had an induction at 40 weeks. I had to have the pessary and gel. I went on to have a vaginal delivery without intervention. I didn't tear either. My labour was 12 hours start to finish.
