She had one wee on the potty on saturday and has tried a few times since but nothing has come out. She was showing all of the signs before xmas but then i stopped breastfeeding and she regressed but she has just started to show interest again now. Like rachael, i’m planning on having a nappy free easter weekend x

@Ru thank you chick and in fairness, she isn’t ticking all the boxes. She’s quite happy pooing in her nappy all day long but since starting the regular toilet trips, it’s more or less significantly reduced the chronic constipation issues she’s been having, so it’s time to start we reckon!
@vicky ah fingers crossed for you both! Regression is super common, I had a read about it today as Imani goes through phases in the day where she’s rather use her nappy. We’re currently stopping her finger sucking at night so I can imagine that’s taking a bit of a toll x
Going to be trying this over the next couple of weeks, we’ve had a lot of potty talk lately and been reading to him about going on the potty. Feel like I’ve winged most things in motherhood but this seems to be something I’m really nervous about 🤣

Planning to go without nappies over the Easter weekend and stay close to home, and just see how it goes. Been reading potty books and talking about it lots. He asks to sit on potty before bath.... so think he's ready!
