I couldn’t think of anything worse than having sex right now, ever since the beginning (I’m 18 weeks now). Tried once and got the same burning sensation and thought No thanks! now super anxious to try again🫣 Have you told him it’s uncomfortable?

I had the same burning feeling a few weeks ago (around 14/15 weeks) and my round ligament pain was so awful straight after, but we did try again yesterday at 18 weeks and it was completely fine! No burning, no ligament pain. Hopefully it gets better for you too but I know what you mean as I have no sex drive at all lol x

With my first its all I wanted. This time around I'm in agreement is not on my mind at all. If I kinda give in, I get the same soreness and burning and I have actually wondered if this is normal. So it's nice to know it kinda is🤦🏽‍♀️

I do get the burn and irritation after but use the my midwife expert spray that cools the area in second and I feel fine. I think we've had sex a handful of times since pregnant but I'm not putting pressure on because it is a hard time on our bodies (especially hard to have the energy after looking after my toddlers all day). Not knowing anything about your relationship of course but I would take it as a positive that he's communicating the desire to be intimate with you xo

Highly recommend organic virgin coconut oil as a bit of a lube! Also antibacterial so found I didn’t get that same feeling since using

Nope done it twice since I found out. I feel guilty but I don’t want to force it 🫣

I don’t always have the will to do it, but I do the calculation in my head and if we are not on track to have sex three times that week I will still initiate. It makes my hubby so happy and our relationship being strong is what’s priority.

Great topic! In my case, my husband seems to be more worried about it than I am. He is treating my vagina like a precious grand doorway that needs to be untouched! I feel bad for him though coz I know he is just scared and does want to do it. 17+ now! Have had some weird dreams so far which made me think my body probably wants it! Will use the advise in the thread and try once atleast to see how we fare.
