Friends

You need to plan events. People don’t care about people they haven’t met generally. It’s to hard to connect. And one on one dates can be awkward and a risk so people are hesitant. I match with a bunch of women at a time and then plan a walk, or a brunch. We add everyone to a group chat and see who vibes. I’ve always made great friends doing this when I move cities, I used Bumble BFF before but now on peanut for mom friends. It works!

I think most people don’t be on here like that checking their messages. It’s better when you communicate off the app.

There’s a lot of weird mommies here. A lot of them will say they want to hang out but they will get out like once every year for food or something. It’s really not you. Don’t feel guilty because both of you have to make the effort. I met a mom from down the block. We used to take nice walks. Once her niece came along, she started being all rude and nasty. So I stopped completely. Then after a few months, I reached out again and she was all nice again. But the experience with her killed what we had and I never tried to take walks with her again. There’s also men in here pretending to be women too so be careful
